Volunteers meet with adults at the Blessed Sacrament Sunday brunch to discuss health concerns, handout supplies, check vital signs and to offer education on the referral process. This site also serves as a primary host to older homeless individuals and traditionally hard-to-reach individuals due to their “come as you are” philosophy.
