SHIFA - Plymouth Housing
Project Description
Partnering with the Footcare project to provide a bi-monthly clinic at a Plymouth Housing site. SHIFA will provide blood pressure screenings, blood glucose screening, health education and referrals. The Footcare project will provide foot cleansing and foot exams.
